Marvel’s Eternals - Main On End Titles

This opening title sequence for The Eternals, directed by Wesley Ebelhar, reveals the secret behind some of the most famous artworks and monuments in human history.

My role was to art direct some of these scenes. I created or re-interpreted the artworks, such as medieval tapestry, Egyptian hieroglyphics and Greek pottery painting and added magic elements related to the Marvel gods and demons to them.

The sequence had to look believable, rooted in real history and mythology to give the audience a wow moment when the connection between the scenes and the movie protagonists is made.
